Working under the direction of the Project Manager and the Town, the successful Proponent will be engaged as the Construction Manager and provide preconstruction services for the Town of Cochranes new Protective Service Building project. 

Please pay particular attention to the Proposal requirements and the page submission limitations in Appendix A.
