This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (“the Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-ToC-2025-53, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

Cochrane is a charming and fast-growing town nestled in the Foothills of the Rocky Mountains, just a 30-minute drive west of Calgary. It is known for its stunning natural surrounding, small-town feel, and vibrant community. Cochrane blends modern living with western heritage, beautiful mountain views and sits along the scenic Bow River.

The deliverables include, but are not limited to, the inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, deficiency reporting, emergency repairs, supply and provide, all relevant reporting documentation related to fire alarm systems, fire extinguisher (building & vehicle), kitchen suppression systems, sprinkler standpipe systems (wet, dry & glycol) and first-aid equipment.

The supplier shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with providing the scheduled services outlined in their RFP including, but no limited to, labour, materials, equipment, parts, consumables, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this RFP.
