This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town” or “Owner”) to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of LED Lighting Install within the Town of Cochrane. The “Service” includes removal of existing fixtures and installation of new fixtures (as further discussed Appendix A). To contact the Town in relation to this RFP, Proponents must initiate the communication electronically through the Questions and Answer function (“Submit a Question”), within the Bidding System. Proponents that do not attend the mandatory site meeting will be disqualified from this RFP.
