The corporation of the town of Cochrane invites proposals from qualified Proponents for providing multi-disciplinary services in the development of a comprehensive Corporate Security Strategy and Implementation plan for the Town of Cochrane, which will include comprehensive reports and recommendations. The successful proponent will have demonstrated experience in the assessment and development of municipal corporate security strategies and framework. This includes experience in analysis and recommendations related to municipal security benchmarking, Enterprise Security Risk Management mythology, corporate security policies, procedures, protocols, operational governance models, risk management, best practices, staff resources, physical security management and all financial implications including costing and annual budgets.

The project will have multiple phases of deliverables. This work will comprise of a review and assessment of stakeholders within the town of Cochrane; a jurisdictional and process review to assess current state of corporate security, a review of all supporting policies and procedures, security guidelines, special events, bylaws, departmental guiding documents and financial and staff resources related to corporate security.
