This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to re-stain the exterior of the Cochrane Ranchehouse, property of the Town of Cochrane. The “Service” includes supply, surface preparation and install of stain to the exterior of the facility (as further described in Appendix A). Proponents that do not attend the mandatory site meeting will be disqualified from this RFP. Mandatory Site Meeting - See RFP Document for additional information regarding the Mandatory Site Meeting Date/Time: Friday, July 31, 2020 at 9:00:00 MDT Location: Cochrane Ranchehouse, 101 RancheHouse Road, Cochrane, Alberta To contact the Town in relation to this RFP, Proponents must initiate the communication electronically through the Questions and Answer function (“Submit a Question”), within the Bidding System. |
