The Town seeks to retain the services of a suitably qualified consultant to provide Connectivity Planning and develop a clear and concise Parks Master Plan that will guide Town staff and Council for future development, redevelopment, and enhancement of the Town’s parks system, open spaces, trails, pathways, recreation and cultural facilities, and recreation and culture programs.
