This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to provide architectural and interior design services for various Town Facilities (“Services”), as further described in Appendix A. 

Town is looking for predesign consultant to provide services as describe within this RFP and engage subconsultants as required for the Projects. The spaces included in this RFP:

  1. Emergency Control Centre (“ECC”) Planning and Design Project
  2. RancheHouse 2nd Floor East Planning Project
  3. Council Chambers Planning Project
  4. RancheHouse Chiller Replacement Project
