INVITATION TO PROPONENTS This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to develop a new Cochrane website to replace the current site (www.cochrane.ca) as well as integrate other Town websites (“Services”), as further described in Appendix A. The successful Proponent will be invited to enter into contract negotiations with the Town for the provision of the Service. The agreement has an anticipated Contract Date as per section 1.3, Table 1 and continue thereafter until the Services are complete, subject to earlier termination as set out in the Agreement. PROJECT OVERVIEW Introduction A critical need exists to replace Cochrane’s current digital communications tool, Cochrane.ca, with a new modernized, mobile responsive website. Cochrane’s digital communication is further supported through a number of municipal sites which are currently hosted on a separate platform. These include: Letstalkcochrane.ca, Makeithere.ca, cochranedollar.ca, Cochrane.ecdev.org, shopcochrane.ca, ridecolt.ca, and fibrewest.ca. |
