INVITATION TO PROPONENTS

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to to submit non-binding proposals to Design, Supply and Install of Playground Equipment at Matt Krol Park. The “Service” includes the demolition and removal of existing equipment; design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further discussed in Appendix A. 

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Introduction

The Town is looking for playground designs suitable for a ages 1.5 – 12 years, plus an option to submit an additional alternative concept that meet the objectives of the RFP.

Alternative concepts may include:

• An obstacle course;
• A fitness station or outdoor gym;
• A new trending idea; and/or
• A combined design of playground equipment with alternative components.
