This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (“the Town”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Light Duty Passenger Vehicles as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Town to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Fleet Vehicles as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The Town intends to qualify, by vehicle type (“light auto categories”), a short-list of pre-qualified respondents. A full breakdown of the number of respondents by light auto categories can be found in Appendix A. Only those respondents who are pre-qualified will be eligible to quote on future vehicle requirements and will be contacted directly by the Town to submit quotes for future vehicles once identified. Purchase Orders will be awarded on an individual vehicle purchase. The Term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years. Unsuccessful respondents will not be eligible to pre-qualify during the 3-year term of the contract. |
