INVITATION TO PROPONENTS This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to perform a comprehensive facilities assessment and plan at Town Water and Wastewater facilities “Service”, as further described in Appendix A. PROJECT OVERVIEW Introduction Cochrane is nearing 34,000 people, at this life stage, it is now time to initiate the process for condition assessments for our Water and Wastewater facilities. This is Cochrane’s first foray into asset management. We expect for the project to commence at the start of April 2023. Location There are twenty-two facilities including one water treatment facility and one wastewater transfer facility. See Appendix E for complete listing. As-Built Documents Proponents MUST register within bids&tenders to download the as-built documents. Registration instructions are listed within Part 2, section 2.2., of the RFP document. |
