This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (“the Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Fleet Management Software (“Solution”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Town is requesting proposals from qualified Proponents to provide an integrated all in one Solution that includes telematics and in-cab camera for its Fleet assets. 

The Selected proponent will supply and install the telematics and in-cab camera; as well as the integrated cloud-based portal. The Selected proponent will be required to provide a comprehensive data collection solution for all asset types including those that don’t have onboard power supply and/or ODB2 ports. 

As the solution will need to interface with a variety of resident programs and Town operating department, Information Governance & Management, and Legislative Services will also have functional requirements detailed within the Deliverables that will need to be addressed.

The Term of the Agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favor of the Town to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to five (5) years at the Town’s sole discretion.
