INVITATION TO PROPONENTS This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to design and install field lighting for two (2) fenced ball diamonds located at 201 West Rock Road (“Services”), Cochrane Alberta., as further described in Appendix A PROJECT OVERVIEW Introduction The Town of Cochrane has a population of approximately 35,000 residents and is one of Canada’s fastest growing municipalities. Cochrane has 14 ball diamonds that are heavily used between the months of April and October by minor league baseball, recreational softball, and slow pitch leagues. The Town of Cochrane is requesting quotes for the design, supply, delivery and installation of field lighting for two (2) fenced ball diamonds located at 201 West Rock Road, Cochrane Alberta. |
