INVITATION This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane to prospective Proponents to qualify for eligibility to provide Catering Services at the Cochrane RancheHouse for Corporate and Community Events - Daytime as further described in Appendix A of this PREQUAL. The Town pre-qualifying a Caterers to provide catering services for daytime events at the Cochrane RancheHouse. These services are on a when required and as needed basis. The services typically include, but are not limited to, plated, buffet, bar services, boxed lunches, and coffee service. The Cochrane RancheHouse hosts 200 plus daytime events annually. The Town intends to pre-qualify one (1) pre-qualified Caterer for a term of three (3) years. Only the pre-qualified Caterer will be eligible to provide catering services for Clients at the Cochrane RancheHouse for Corporate and Community Events - Daytime. |
