This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to expand the Town of Cochrane cemetery (“Services”), as further described in Appendix A. The Town of Cochrane has a population of approximately 35,000 residents, and is one of Canada’s most desirable and fastest growing municipalities. The Town of Cochrane is requesting Proposals from experienced excavation and/or concrete installation companies for the excavation, and backfilling of burial trenches, and the installation of concrete cemetery ribbons. The Cochrane Cemetery is located at 408 Centre Avenue North, Range Road 42, Rocky View County, Alberta. Excavation and concrete installation are expected to begin early July 2023 and must be completed by September 15th, 2023. |
